As the leading clinical learning platform used by over 80% of medical students across the world, OnlineMedEd needed a way to automatically communicate with both new and existing users to make sure they were getting the most out of their tools. We worked with them to design and implement marketing automation within the organization’s existing marketing processes to up-sell and increase customer engagement.
Our team designed and created 10 automation workflows and 14 dynamic email templates with segmentation. Within the first 90 days 1.7MM emails were sent resulting in a 67% open rate, 50% CTR, and creating 34,000 engaged leads.
