Cumberland Heights, a long-standing, nationally recognized treatment center, was facing a major challenge. The brand had found itself dated and needing new life. Their community needed a reminder of who Cumberland Heights is. Brand Re-Awareness was the focus, and they required a marketing agency to come alongside them in that process. Snapshot was chosen to lead these efforts. Together we would answer the question – How do we educate the masses on the individualized programs and initiatives Cumberland Heights had to offer?
After thorough discovery and downloads with the Cumberland Height’s team, it was apparent there were six audiences we needed to reach. However, the internal team is where we would start. Snapshot worked to completely overhaul the brand and bring it back to market. This included revamping the logo and color suite, updating brand guidelines, updating internal collateral, and embarking on a full internal re-launch, announced with a custom swag box full of branded goodies.
Since June 2023, Snapshot has refurbished the logo suite, refreshed the brand suite, implemented new brand guidelines, updated all business development collateral, created social assets, deployed SEO strategies, updated campus signage, produced five photoshoots of the various residential programs, crafted a 360 campus tour, branded their podcast, launched several digital campaigns that have seen a 5X return to the year prior, and are now embarking on a new website project.
