Full-Stack Developers at Snapshot can contribute with confidence to our back-end development efforts, delivering on our client’s vision and expectations. They possess critical thinking skills to put themselves in our clients’ shoes and troubleshoot issues independently. The job involves expertise in design, implementation, testing, and deployment of web products. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving, you will tackle technical challenges through high-quality code and adherence to best practices, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Your focus will include developing clean and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems, prioritizing mobile optimization, and conducting thorough UI testing for seamless performance. You like to stay current with technology and are a self-starter.

ResponsIbilities

Helping facilitate WordPress websites that reflect our clients’ brand and objectives
Execute quick-turn content updates and troubleshoot WordPress sites for a wide variety of issues and resolutions
Complete Web Maintenance for clients as well as repairs
Seamless integrations of HubSpot functions
Use of project management software for tracking projects, updates, and completion
Meet project deadlines on time and communicate when there are roadblocks
Professional communication with team and clients
Keep up to date on the latest technologies and techniques and collaborate with project managers and other members of the web team (design, strategy, UX) to communicate ideas
Ability to identify UX pain points and resolve them without direction.
Participate in Code Reviews and support QA initiatives to ensure high-quality delivery -Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to technical and non-technical resources. Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and opportunities with peers and management.
Translate business requirements into website functionality and transform to the design and coding of elements like landing pages, emails, etc.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years professional experience
Ability to take a design from Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Invision and transform it into a fully functioning responsive website in WordPress.
Experience with built tools such as Gulp.js, npm, Webpack
Experience with eCommerce and WooCommerce customization
Strong understanding of WordPress coding best practices, hooks, and filters
Experience with common plugins for WordPress such as Advanced Custom Fields Pro
Custom WordPress plugin development experience
Experience with Custom WordPress Themes, Sage Preferred
PHP (Laravel, Raw PHP + WP Stack)
SQL, MySQL, SQL Lite
Git Version Control
Experience with Custom REST API Development
Experience with Custom Scripting and 3rd-Party API Integration
Experience with data migration from various formats, such as CSV, XML
Understand Object-Oriented Programming and MVC
Comfortable working with command line
Experience with basic Systems Administration tasks in a LAMP environment
Experience with cross-browser testing and issues for all major web browsers
Ability to translate business requirements into website functionality
Ability to ask questions to accurately estimate the effort and time required for work
