Digital Media Strategist


The Digital Media Strategist will be someone that enjoys developing dynamic media campaigns to promote a wide variety of brands in various industries. This person will enjoy digging in with a client’s business and develop end-to-end campaigns strategy and hold monthly reporting and optimization sessions with the client. Snapshot is a fast-paced team environment, so you need to be agile and enjoy working with others.  Ultimately responsible for project creation and delivery of the final results


Responsibilities include

  • Work closely with clients and account teams on the development of paid digital marketing programs and strategies to most effectively reach the desired audience
  • Correctly place ads and monitor digital ad spend and progress. Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Proofread advertising material for accuracy before launching campaigns
  • Develop workable budgets, media, content and editorial plans and realistic timetables
  • Prepare reports summarizing the results of digital marketing campaigns
  • Employ a variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and provide insight about relevant online conversations and voices in those conversations
  • Conducting market research to analyze demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to help define the target audience and campaign requirements
  • Keep up to date with social media and paid search trends, new technologies and best practices to apply to client strategy
  • Monitor and analyze online media and other relevant digital communications channels, in areas such as pacing, spend, and performance.
  • Manage and mentor other members of the digital team helping them elevate their skills and review their work providing ongoing feedback
  • Develop effective ways to streamline processes to improve efficiency and communication of the digital department
  • Assess paid media analytics against KPIs using Google Analytics, internal reporting and agency reporting, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Craft recommendations for clients that highlight future growth and development opportunities
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum requirement of two to three years digital media management experience
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign strategy and management across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in paid search and social campaign management. Experience with a DSP a plus
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Google Ads Search, Display, and Video Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Meta Certified a plus
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
