DESCRIPTION + REQUIREMENTS

Snapshot Interactive is looking for an Account Executive who can join our organization and make an immediate impact for our clients. As a member of our strategic accounts team, you will act as one of the main points of contact for our clients and will work collaboratively with our team to conceptualize and execute results-driven, content- centric digital marketing strategies and projects.

With this being both a client facing and tactical role, we need someone that has the business acumen and marketing insights to represent us properly to our clients and has the behind-the-scenes skills to execute upon the strategies designed by our team. Knowledge across organic and paid advertising platforms, an affinity for copy and messaging, and a penchant for storytelling, is paramount. From your first day you are the type of individual that takes ownership of your projects and goes above and beyond for our clients.

Here are the four most critical areas the Account Executive is responsible for:

  • Serve as the Daily POC for Strategic Accounts Clients – You will work alongside our creative team to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for maintaining and growing those relationships through the anticipation of challenges and coordination of effective solutions.
  • Reach and Engage Our Clients’ Audience Through Digital Content – You will work to understand clients’ audiences and business goals to execute on insightful campaign concepts and content. You will manage, and deploy both organic and paid digital efforts, ensuring that we are helping our clients achieve their goals in tactical ways.
  • Execute and Traffic Client Requests & Updates – You will assist clients with the execution of script changes, copy updates, campaign changes, and more.
  • Manage Client Projects – You will manage projects as needed with our video. web, and contractor teams to ensure Snapshot delivers for our clients while ensuring we remove the friction from the process (both external and internal). You will oversee deadlines, final deliverables, and quality control.

Skills Desired

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of digital campaign strategy and execution through both organic and paid tactics, including social media, search, programmatic, YouTube, streaming radio, etc.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and analytics and share reporting and ROI with internal team and clients
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or familiarity with other CMSs
  • Eagerness to learn about different industries and businesses models
  • Ability to work independently but also a love of working with a creative team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attitude of jumping in, researching, and fixing issues
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • 3-5 years digital marketing/advertising experience or other non-traditional background with an understanding of business strategy, branding, and go-to-market strategy, web design, and digital marketing execution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Success in this role will be determined by your ability to meet the below metrics:

  • 100% of client activity in project management software
  • Manage against a retainer to churn benchmark (to be defined)
  • Team meets or exceeds projects delivered on budget and on time
